Cancelation Policy
Our goal at The Green House Spa is to provide our clients with a rejuvenating escape from the stresses of everyday life. We offer various spa treatments designed to meet the needs of each individual. We know that things can come up unexpectedly, and we are happy to accommodate schedule changes, therefore we do not require first time deposits. However, we expect our customers to respect our time and help us maintain an efficient operation. After a second cancellation without sufficient notice, a deposit will be required to secure an appointment. We urge our clients to arrive on time or risk losing their spot for being late without notice. Deposit amounts vary according to service, and are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen, just give us a call to reschedule!
Must be older than 13 with Guardian for services or guardian sign off depending the service.
Must be 18+ for hair removal around the private area.
Walk-ins are welcome every day until 1:00 PM
